WHEREAS Solomon Kimeli arap Koske (deceased), is registered as proprietor of thaflpiece of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, known as KericholKiptere/1368, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High ^Court of Kenya at Kericho in succession cause No. 332 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Daniel Kipngeno Rotich and (2) Nancy Chepngetich Rotich, and whereas sufficient evidenc has been adduced to show that the title ded issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title
