APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 102 K (6) and
(14) of the Kenya Information arid Communications Act, 1998, the
Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communication and Technology appoints—
CATHERINE NGAHU as the chairperson of the Universal Service Advisory Council for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th May, 2017.
