APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS I appointed Xavier Lugaga, Senior Co-operative Officer, Nakuru County, P.O. Box 500, Njoro, to be liquidator of Ngondu Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/1090) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (I) year and whereas the said liquidator has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from the 21st September, 2016, for another period not exceeding one (1) year, for the said liquidator, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
