APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS I appointed Patrick Nyagah Muitah, Chief Co- operative Officer, Baringo County, P.O. Box 4. Kabamet, to be liquidator of Karai Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (in liquidation) (CS/I 190), for a period not exceeding one (1) year and whereas the said liquidator, has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from the 21st December, 2016, for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said liquidator, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
