APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by extension order dated 19th February, 2016, 1 appointed Raphael K. Maseki, Senior Co-operative Auditor, Headquarters, to be liquidator of Posta Investment Co-operative Society Limited (CS/8494) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year and, whereas the said liquidator has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from the 19th February, 2017, for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said liquidator to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
