REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alexander Munyiri Muigai (PP/A97 12917), do P.O. Box 396. Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land situate in the district of Kilifi. registered under title Nos. KilifilNgerenyi/l570, 1121. 1583 and 1556. and whereas the green cards for those particular land titles cannot be located, and whereas all efforts made to locate the green cards of the said land titles have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to reconstruct new green cards and proceed with the transactions with regarding to the above parcels of land, and upon such registration the lost green cards constructed earlier on with the precise entries shall deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
