THE LAND REGISTRATION AT (No. 3 of 20 12) RECONSTRUCTION OF LOST OR DESTROYED LAND REGISTER WHEREAS Ekco Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 43855-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as 5087/i/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombiisa District, registered as C.R. 21252, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of the land title deed has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act

Box 43855-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as 5087/i/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombiisa District, registered as C.R. 21252, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of the land title deed has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
