WHEREAS Nellie Wanjiru Kairo, of P.O. Box 49696-00100, Nairobi it) the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 14870/432. situate south of Ruiru Township in Kiambo District, registered by virtue of it certificate of title registered as I.R. 60151, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the land title deed has been lost/misplaced and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) clays from the date hereof, 1 shall proceed and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the.
