TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 66 of 2016 By (1) Peter Mwai Kimemia and (2) Joseph Thiga Kimemia, both of P.O. Box 76, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Kimemia Munyoro, late of Kinangop, Nyandarua, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 6th April, 2015. CAUSE No. 74 OF 2016 By (1) Hellen Wangui Mwaniki and (2) Philip Mwangi Mwaniki, both of P.O. Njuguna Kabacho & Co., advocates of Kinangop, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Kinuthia Njenga, late of Kahuru, who died there on 14th January, 2005. CAUSE No. 82 OF 2016 By Joseah Muturi Kimani, of P.O. Box 14, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's son, through Messrs. Njuguna Kabacho & Co., advocates of Kinangop, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiku Kimani, late of Kahuru, who died there on 30th October, 2013. CAUSE No. 83 OF 2016 By (1) Jesse Mwangi Nganga and (2) Teresia Muthoni Nganga, both of P.O. Box 303-20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Njeri Nganga, late of Makumbi, who died there on 26th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
