CAUSE No. 136 OF 2016 By Elizabeth Wanjiku Kiruki, of P.O. Box 471-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kariuki Wakiugu, who died at Miguta, Nyaga Sub-location, on 19th May, 2016.
