TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 139 OF 2016 By Norma Joyce Ayodo, of P.O. Box 166, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezra Otieno Ayodo, who died on 10th June, 2014. CAUSE No. 238 OF 2016 By (1) Margaret Atieno Ochola and (2) Joseph Ouma Ochola, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Abongo Ochollah, who died on 10th April, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
