TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 110F 2016 By Thomas Ochieng Ojanga, of P.O. Box 20, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jothan Ojanga Oracha, who died on 7th May, 1974. CAUSE NO. 122 OF 2016 By Joseph Oyugi Omboro, of P.O. Box 130, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omboro Oyugi, who died on 10th August, 2007. CAUSE No. 126 OF 2016 By George Odhiambo Adienge, of P.O. Box 28, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ngere Omol alias Peterlis Ngere Omol, who died on 18th August, 1992. CAUSE No. 136 OF 2016 By Ogallo Dalmas Odongo, of P.O. Box 850, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Ogwang Otaye, who died on 22nd April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
