CAUSE No.104 OF 2016 By Sabina Kananu Ithalii, of P.O. Box 83, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nkunja M'Minyori, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 24th December, 2004.
