TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2016 By (1) Joseph Upande Sakwa and (2) Godfrey Sakia Upande, both of P.O. Box 266-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salphine Lumasayi Mwore, who died at Moi Teaching and Referal Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. 112 OF 2016 By (1) Jotham Wanyama Kasawa and (2) Timothy Chemiati Wanyama, both of P.O. Box 43, Tongaren in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Nanyama Wanyama, who died at Narati/Mwikhupo 'A', on 14th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
