TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 134 OF 2016 By (1) Kipororo ole Nkinor, (2) Benson Dopoi Nkinoor and (1) Eunice Nelikia Parloyia, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sereti ene Parloiya Ikinors, who died at Sajiloni, on 7th July 2000. CAUSE No. 201 OF 2016 By Susan Naipei Kalenyia, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutaranyia ole Lantoo, who died at Kimana Sub-location, on 6th July, 2008. CAUSE No. 219 OF 2016 By Emanuel ole Muyuko Nchapasha, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muyuko ole Nchapasha Lomunyei, who died at Kikkuro Sub-location, on 22nd June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
