TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 328 OF 2016 By (1) Regina Mumbua Joshua and (2) Jane Wayua Kilungu, both of P.O. Box 58, Kathiani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kilungu Kivala, late of Mathathani, who died at Mathathani Sub-location, on 24th September, 2013. CAUSE No. 392 OF 2016 By John Wambua Mutisya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Kavala Mona alias Mutisya Kavala Mwona alias Ndisya Kavala, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September 1983. CAUSE No.410 OF 2016 By Evans Muturi Mukuria, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Waruri Njenga, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 13th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
