TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 390 OF 2016 By (1) Mary Kalondu Nzomo and (2) Emma Mutua Mutiso, both of P.O. Box 1, Mutituni in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Wambua Mutie, late of Mutituni, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 11th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 391 OF 2016 By Francis Matheka Mutisya, of P.O. Box 52312-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Nthiwa Mukeli, late of Kitanga, who died at Kitanga, Katheka, Kai, on 8th July, 1996. CAUSE No. 393 OF 2016 By Mutuku Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 58, Masii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilonzo Mutua Muthondu, late of Kyanganga, who died at Kyanganga, Mango, on 25th January, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
