TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 551 OF 2016 By Robert Kamau Mbugua, of P.O. Box 48193, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wairimu Mbugua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th March, 2001. CAUSE No. 575 OF 2016 By (1) Peris Njeri Warari and (2) Laaban Mbugua Warari, both of P.O. Box 99, Ngecha in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Warari Njoroge, who died at Ngecha, on 5th May, 1962. CAUSE No. 606 OF 2016 By Leonard Sammy Mbugua Kabaki, of P.O. Box 2048-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanja Kabaki, who died at Tinganga, on 28th November, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
