TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 300 OF 2016 By (1) Victor Mukulu and (2) Justa Angwalasi, both of P.O. Box 60, Busia in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanzala Mukulo Mukulo, who died at Okilulo Sub-location, on 31st November, 1980. CAUSE No.430 OF 2016 By Norah Imudokolo Omukubwa, of P.O. Box 42481-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvester Etyang Omukubwa, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
