TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 441 OF 2016 By Thomas Namaswa Nyongesa, of P.O. Box 611-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Wanyonyi Chaami, who died at Luuya, on 1st March, 1969. CAUSE No. 462 OF 2016 By Benson Misiko Wakwabubi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakwabubi Seneni Nalianya, who died at Misikhu, on 25th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
