TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 355 OF 2016 By David Wesonga Wanjala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reginald Lusike Lukorito, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 18th November, 2014. CAUSE No. 436 OF 2016 By Francis Samburumo Sakong, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abraham Samburumo Sakong, who died at Chesikaki, on 18th June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
