TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.4 OF 2016 By Ware Iya Guyo, of P.O. Box 26-60500, Marsabit in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Bonaya John, who died at Sololo Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2015. in: CAUSE No. 102 OF 2016 By (1) Saamy Paul Kaingu, (2) John Kaingu Kadzomba and (3) Karisa Kombe Kaingu, all of P.O. Box 29-80109, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Kadzomba Kiti, who died at Mtepeni, Kidutani, on 25th August, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
