TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 163 OF 2016 By M'Barak Omar Awadh, the deceased's brother, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Omar Awadh, who died on 15th June, 1985. CAUSE No.171 OF 2016 By (1) Bolzoni Laura and (2) Bolzoni Silvia Lucia, both of via Grancini n. 6, Milan, Italy, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bolzoni Giuseppe, who died at Milan, Italy, on 14th February, 2010. CAUSE No.174 OF 2016 By Anjana Basudeo Misra, of P.O. Box 877, Malindi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's last written will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Vishnu Misra alias Vishnu Basudeo Misra, who died at Majengo, on 28th September, 2010. CAUSE No.184 OF 2016 By Changawa Shomi Mwangaya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mkambe Shomi Mwangaya, who died on 1st January, 2000. CAUSE No.186 OF 2016 By Smeeya Yasir Makanda, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Makanda Makanda, who died on 21st January, 2014. CAUSE No.188 OF 2016 By Aazam Shamshudean Bhanji, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sadrudin Valimohamed Bhimji, who died on 10th February, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 5 OF 2016 By Mohamed Daudi Soso, of P.O. Box 78-60700, Moyale in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Soso Dula, who died at Manyatta Burji, Moyale, on 23rd November, 2013.
