TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 108 OF 2016 By (1) Josinder Mbula Muasa and (2) Alice Ndunge Munywoki, both of P.O. Box 96-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Mbithe Kilyungi, who died at Katulani, Matriu Location, on 3rd August, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
