CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2016 By (1) Janeffer Wangui Njuguna and (2) Peter Mwangi Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 86, Kiguino in Kenya, for a 'grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Njuguna Karigi, who died at Gatumbi Sub-location, on 28th April, 2015. CAUSE NO. 1OF 2017 By (1) Lucy Muthoni Gacheru and (2) Harrison Muiruri Gacheru, both of P.O. Box 54, Sabasaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lameck Gacheru Wambura alias Lameki Gacheru Wambura, who died at Muthithi Location, on 20th August, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
