TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. I OF 2017 By (1) David Omondi Orondo and (2) John Owino Orondo, both of P.O. Box 240, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nehemiah Orondo alias Nehemiah Odera Orondo, who died at Jina Sub-location, on 26th December, 1998. - CAUSE No. 30 OF 2017 By (1) Crispin Okoth Ndere and (2) Collins Otieno Ndere, both of P.O. Box 713, Siaya-in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bita Mbuya Ndere alias Mita Mbuya Ndere, who died at Koyeyo Sub-location, on 23rd February, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
