CAUSE NO. 149 OF 2016 By (1) Eliud Cheruiyot Koske and (2) David Kipkirui Mutai, both of P.O. Box 4, Mogima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kihara Kipkoske Kurgat alias Kihara Kipkoske A. Kurgat alias Kihara Kipkoske arap Kurgat, who died at Kericho Nursing Home, on 4th December, 2014. CAUSE No. 159 OF 2016 By Ruth Chepkemoi Korir, of P.O. Box 364, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rongoe Kogo alias Rongoe arap Kogo, who died at Kapsaos Sub-location, on 6th February, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
