TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 274 OF 2016 By Asman Mwangi Kanjah, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Wangari Kareithi, who died at Afwan Hospital in Kenya, on 8th December, 2013. CAUSE No. 1l 0F2017. By Mwaraki ole Kotete Lomodie, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sampae Ngutitti Kuresha, who died at Kilonito Sub-location, on 14th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
