TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 588 OF 2016 • By (1) Grace Wangui Ndwiga and (2) Michael Muriuki, both of P.O. Box 903, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Muchiri Wamae, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2016. CAUSE NO.1 OF 2017 By (1) Joseph Elijah Muriithi Ndwiga and (2) Consolata Gatavi Njiru, both of P.O. Box 2520, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndwiga Ayub, who died at Kairuri Sub-location, 6th October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
