TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this Court in: CAUSE No. 817 OF 2016 By John Ndiko Nyatieno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Nyatieno Nyandiko alias Henry Nyatieno, who died on 31st December, 2012. CAUSE No. 931 OF 2016 By Leonida Achieng Ayie, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ayieye Opedo, who died on 23rd March, 1993. CAUSE No. 932 OF 2016 By (1) Daniel Onyango Okwach, (2) Elijah Osio Okwach, (3) Josiah Otiende Okwach, (4) Benard Omondi Ochieng, (5) Fredrick Omondi Owegi and (6) George Ouma Okwach, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jakobo Ongejo Ongare alias Jacob Ongenjo, who died on 3rd September, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
