CAUSE No.3 OF 2017 By (1) Daniel Omar Nguzo and (2) Nguzo Karitie, both of P.O. 98371-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's uncles, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Gibran Nguzo, who died at Pandya Hospital in Kenya, on 16th September, 2014. 3rd February, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE 679 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
