TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 137 OF 2015 By (1) Manasseh Samuel Tsumah, (2) Esther Medza Tsumah, (3) Charles Muyombo Tsumah and (4) Ruth Bahati Tsumah, the deceased's widows, sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Jeremia Tsumah, who died on 19th November, 2012. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2017 By Schwarz Heidi Seiglinde, the deceased's partner in the title, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndilima Maingi Ngunda, who died on 6th October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
