TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 521 OF 2016 By Franc isca Awino Mika, of P.O. Box 110, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John James Barasa, who died at District Hospital. Bungoma in Kenya, on 10th July, 2015. CAUSE No. 522 OF 2016 By Michal Ikaan Edepi, (2) Hussein Nonoi Edepi, (3) Andrew Kitui Edepi and (4) Denis Nimrod Sajah Edepi, all of P.O. Box 929, Busia in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Edepi Kefa Omusugu, who died on 18th November, 2002. - The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
