TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 551 OF 2014 By (1) Kennedy Otieno Awinda and (2) Dennis Omondi Awinda, both of P.O. Box 17, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased's nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuodha Owili, who died at South Kapuonja, on 4th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. 359 OF 2005 By (1) Helen Atieno Hamisi and (2) Edward Owiti, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrice Hamisi Omuono, who died on 6th May, 2004. CAUSE No. 98 OF 2015 By Rose Ahuba Oteng'o, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Oteng'o Nyapur, who died on 20th August, 1959. Box 6591, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Oboo Gumbi, who died at Kolwa, Kisumu, on 20th May, 1972. CAUSE NO. 1061 OF 2015 By Pamela Oyuga Odero, of P.O. Box 7, Rem in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anania Odero Angira, who died at Ngere West, West Seme Location, Kisumu West District, on 3rd December, 2009. CAUSE NO. 1231 OF 2015 By (1) Kennedy Otieno Onyango and (2) Anne Akoth Onyango, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Onyango Adongo, who died on 5th April, 2003. CAUSE No. 1232 OF 2015 By Emmah Atieno Obunga, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Obunga Otual, who died on 19th January, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
