Maria Patience Badia, of P.O. Box 14955- 00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Maria Patience Adhiambo Badia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maria Patience Adhiambo Badia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maria Patience Badia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maria Patience Badia only.
