Box 20320-36, Nyahurum, formerly known as Cruise Gethi Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Cruise Gethi Mwangi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cruise Waweru Wairagu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Cruise Waweru Wairagu only.
