Box 20320-36, Nyahururu, formerly known as Tony Mwaniki Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Tony Mwaniki Mwangi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tony Mungai Wairagu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Tony Mungai Wairagu only.
