WHEREAS Jason Aore Ato Atich, c/o Chief, Luanda Township Location, P.O. Box 319, Luanda in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.01 hectare or thereabouts, known as West Bunyore/Ebusikhale/2198, situate in the district of Emuhaya, and whereas the resident magistrate's court at Maseno under Msc. Civil Application No. 30 of 2009, has ordered that the land title deed issued thereof be transferred to Ayub Mbea Achote, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a new land title deed to the said Ayub Mbea Achote, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jason Aore Ato Atich, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. L. 7 to read (1) Joel Ouma Oyoo and (2) Nine others, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Apiyo Oyoo (deceased), shall be deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
