WHEREAS Hyrex Enterprise Limited, of P.O. Box 61, Nauru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nakuru/Municipality Block 17/174, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 137 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration to Anthony Mwangi Nyambura, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Hyrex Ewerprise Limited, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided ) valid objection has been received within that period, I intend ispense wit' the production of the said land title deed and procec.' h reg, stra6 ∎ri of the said instruments of R.
