REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Bosco Wahinya and (2) Thomas Kamau Gichuho, both of P.O. Box 31161-00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of that piece of land containing 0.0176 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 8285/473 (original 8285/171/302), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, held under a lease registered as I.R. 38815/1, and whereas Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Mariana Njeri Gichuho, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said lease registered as number I.R. 38815/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
