WHEREAS Jane Njoki Gitau (1D10$95259), of P.O. Box 885, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of alll that piece of land containing 0.0346 hectare c.- thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under dd.; o. Kikuyu/Kikuyu Block 1/160, and whereas sufficient evidence has adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has bees: lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the dat:. hereof, I shall issue a new tide deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
