APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers con erred by section 25 (1) of the
HIV and AIDS Prevention and Con rol Act, 2006, the Attorney-
General appoints—

Under paragraph (d)—
Helene Namisi to be members of the HIV and AIDS Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years. The appointments of Mercy Mwarah* and Mutu Gethoi (Prof.)* are revoked.
