TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 66 OF 2016 By Benard Otieno Ayieko, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Nyakoi Ogago, who died on 2nd October, 1994. CAUSE No. 73 OF 2016 By (1) Joseph Otieno Osedo and (2) Evans Ochieng Osedo, both of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Osedo Nyawere, who died on 11th August, 2014. CAUSE No. 75 OF 2016 By (1) Pius Opondo Achiro and (2) Fibbi Juma Owii, both of P.O. Box 115, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Achim Onyangre, who died on 13th July, 1991. The.Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
