TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 27 OF 2016 By (1) Kingoo Mutetema Itumo and (2) Laban Masai, the deceased's son and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutetema Itumo, who died at Kiimakiu, on 17th November, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2016 By Judith Akoth Odego, of P.O. Box 3, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Odego Kiboi alias Wilson Odega, who died on 8th September, 1994. CAUSE No. 35 Of 2016 By Anyango Masline Otieno, of P.O. Box 333, Migori in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Obiero, who died on 6th April, 2001. CAUSE No..40 OF 2016 By Jedida Abela Odongo, of P.O. Box 30, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased's citor, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amek Oliech alias Meki Oliech, who died in 2011. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2016 By Silvance Keta Opolo, of P.O. Box 45, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opolo Keta alias Oplol Keta, who died on 16th November, 2006.
