TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 65 of 2016 By (1) Kituu Kiumi and (2) Benard Kituku Kiumi alias David Kilonzi Kiumi, both of P.O. Box 34, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiumi Wambiu, late of Kyemundu Location, Makueni, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 2015. CAUSE No. 68 OF 2016 By Marrianne Nduku Mulinge, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mutua Kitaa of Kibwezi, Makueni County, who died at Masimba, Makueni County. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
