TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 259 OF 2016 By Margret Ahono Onyango, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Ondiek, who died at Abom Sub-location, on 25th September, 1991. CAUSE No. 260 OF 2016 By Victor Ochieng Okech, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrice Oketch Ombidi aias Okech Ombidi, who died at Barkowino Sub-location , 15th May, 1999. CAUSE No. 261 OF 2016 By Herine Achieng Gari, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Odongo Gari alias Odongo Gari, who died at West Asembo Location, on 11th March, CAUSE No. 278 OF 2016 By Alice Adhiambo Odhiambo, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Odindo Otieno alias Charles Odindo, who died at Naya, on 4th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
