NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Jamleck Matiro, of 0722816783/0721573006, Nairobi, owner of KBQ 704CFH, KBE 834G Volks Wagen Polo for John Kiarie (ID/25233076) of 0720813966 and KBN 488U BMW 0721537070 for Said Jobba lying in the premises of Autofine Limited, off Lunga Lunga Road, Area Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice to the owner and proceeds there from will be utilized to defray the storage charges and any other incidental cost and any shortfall will be collected from the owner of the vehicle by legal proceedings.
