TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 9 OF 2016 By Mary Luthian Palipali, of P.O. Box 61, Isiolo in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Ekil Okisher, who died at Bula Pesa, on 13th December, 2004. CAUSE NO.10 OF 2016 By Alm Hassan Mohamud, of P.O. Box 61, Isiolo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hassan Noor Mohamed Sheikh, who died at Kambi Garbs Sub- location, on 1st August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
