Box 49493-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Amrit Kaur Tejinder Singh alias Amrit Kaur Mohan Singh alias Amrit Kaur alias Amrit Reel Mohan Singh alias Amarit Kour Mohan Singh Reel alias Amrit Kaur Gata-Aura, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Amrit Kaur Tejinder Singh alias Amrit Kaur Mohan Singh alias Amrit Kaur alias Amrit Reel Mohan Singh alias Amarit Kour Mohan Singh Reel alias Amrit Kaur Gata-Aura, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amrit Kaur Reel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Amrit Kaur Reel only.
