TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: • 16 December, 2016 4902 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE No. 59 OF 2016 By (1) Lanet Njolci Rauni and (2) Eric Munene Nyamu, both of P.O. Box 52, Magumoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mbithi Kinyili, who died at Kangeta, on 8th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
